The update to Village B2 includes a slight reduction in density and the addition of active adult housing—both allowing for an adjustment to the future Elementary School and park space. Both of these adjustments are being coordinated with the city and District 49.
If at any point densities increase or the active adult housing is changed, both the park and school dedications will be accordingly adjusted.
