School Sites

Oakwood is working with School District 49 to provide needed school sites.

School Sites

  • Three school sites in Villages B2 and C. Two elementary and one combined middle/high school
  • Update B2 plan to include a school site if Active Adult doesn’t happen in that location
  • D49 is exploring modifying elementary school sites into combined elementary/middle Sites
  • Elementary site in Village A is available now

School District 49

  • The developer is obligated to provide additional school sites based on District 49 needs
  • The elementary school site in Village A is ready and waiting to be transferred to District 49 ownership
