At the March 4 community meeting, Oakwood Homes announced that the master plan update for Village B2 will now become a resubmitted master plan update for Villages B2, C and D.
Oakwood feels this is necessary to provide the community with a wholistic vision and plan for the remainder of development at Banning Lewis Ranch. Doing this will provide more clarity on how parks, open space, school sites and density will work together as Oakwood prepares to develop these villages over the next 2 to 4 years.
Oakwood Homes will likely resubmit its combined master plan update for Villages B2, C and D in the fall, with hearings at the Planning Commission in the winter of this year or next year. As part of the resubmittal, we will host another community meeting in the fall to share the vision and answer your questions.
